Guiding us through the experience is Petri Venter, the winemaker behind Le Chant Wines, as well as Taaibosch and Pink Valley. Petri’s approach to winemaking is all about crafting wines with depth, texture, and character—each sip telling its own story.
To complement the evening, our award-winning sommelier, Moses Magwaza, has carefully selected a lineup of outstanding wines.
This special night is all about celebrating great wine, expertly paired with a four-course menu designed by Chef Patron Dino.
Pink Valley Rosé
A lively blend of Sangiovese, Grenache, and Shiraz, bursting with floral notes, cherry, and a touch of citrus. Crisp, fresh, and beautifully balanced.
Le Chant Blanc
Rich and expressive, this elegant white wine brings layers of stone fruit, orange blossom, and white apple, with just the right amount of oak and minerality.
Le Chant Rouge
A Merlot-led blend with Shiraz and Sangiovese, offering bright red berries, delicate floral aromas, and subtle spice. Soft tannins make it effortlessly drinkable.
Taaibosch Crescendo
A refined Bordeaux-style blend from Stellenbosch, balancing Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon for a wine of structure and complexity.
At R850 per person, this promises to be a night of remarkable flavors and warm hospitality. Seats are limited, so be sure to book in advance.
