Join us on Wednesday, 25 March 2026 at Prosopa Restaurant for an intimate Wine Evening & Gourmet Dinner presented by Adi Badenhorst.
Chef Patron Dino Fagas and in-house sommelier Moses Magwaza have prepared a specially curated menu with considered pairings to complement every course.
Adi brings the spirit of the Swartland Revolution to the table, blending traditional viticulture with bold experimentation. A member of the Cape Winemakers Guild, he farms Kalmoesfontein with family, and his wines are the result of hands-on, low-intervention craft. His wines are hand-crafted, site-driven, deeply expressive and beautifully poised. Expect wines that speak of place, character and generous soul, paired thoughtfully with Dino’s seasonal fare.
