Our very own Chef Patron Dino has crafted a mouthwatering four-course menu, each dish carefully paired to complement a selection of top-tier wines from across the globe. Then, for starters, enjoy the refreshing Mezzacorona FiloBianco Sylvaner x Riesling 2020 from Friuli & Trentino, Italy, alongside the aromatic Trapiche Torrontés 2019 from Argentina.
