On Wednesday 27 May, Prosopa Restaurant in Pretoria invites you to a special Cederberg Wine Evening & Gourmet Dinner. Enjoy gourmet courses paired with fine wines, all presented by Cellarmaster David Nieuwoudt of Cederberg Private Cellar.
Chef Patron Dino Fagas and in-house Sommelier Moses Magwaza have crafted a menu that perfectly complements each Cederberg wine selected.
Cellarmaster David Nieuwoudt brings his larger-than-life charm to the evening. Known for an exuberant flair and engaging storytelling, David will guide you through each wine with enthusiasm.
Originally from the rugged Dwarsrivier farm, he blends winemaking tradition with theatrical flair. A globe-trotting winemaker who loves to entertain, he will share quirky anecdotes from vineyard life. His award-winning Cederberg wines, born high in the pristine Cederberg mountains, are robust, spirited and truly memorable. Expect an evening of warmth and laughter as David’s vivacious personality lights up every sip.
As winter approaches, cosy up in Prosopa’s warm, Greek-inspired dining room. For R950 per person, enjoy four gourmet courses paired with six exquisite Cederberg wines. It will be an evening of comfort and cheer with Cederberg wines, delicious food and lively company.
