Join us at Prosopa Restaurant, Waterkloof Heights, on 2 October 2025 for the intimate De Wetshof Wine Tasting and Gourmet Dinner presented by Bennie Stipp. With 23 years of experience at the farm, and even more years of great personality, Bennie will take us through 6 distinctive wines and the estate’s storied Chardonnay tradition. Chef Patron Dino alongside our in-house sommelier, will present 4 courses paired with the wines for the evening.

De Wetshof is a landmark in the Robertson Valley, celebrated as the House of Chardonnay since the 1970s and rooted in a family winemaking heritage that reaches back generations. Limestone-rich soils, careful vineyard selection and modern cellar craft shape wines that balance finesse and personality, each glass designed to highlight terroir and story. Visitors are drawn to the estate’s crisp white buildings, rose bushes and jacaranda trees, and to the six terroir-driven Chardonnays that reflect site-specific vineyards and carefully matched winemaking.
