Her years with the luxury spirits portfolio have honed her skill at making whisky approachable and engaging. Carina will guide you through The Glenlivet’s storied range, which has embodied Scottish tradition since 1824.

Your evening begins with a signature The Glenlivet cocktail on arrival, followed by a guided tasting of four exceptional single malts: the citrus-vanilla Founder’s Reserve, the tropical-fruit 12 Year Old, the rich, spiced 15 Year Old and the indulgent 18 Year Old.

After the tasting, settle in for a specially prepared three-course gourmet dinner by Chef Dino Fagas and his team, bringing a memorable close to an exceptional evening.

Prosopa’s cozy, fireplace-lit dining room offers the perfect refuge from the winter chill. For R750 per person, enjoy this all-inclusive evening of The Glenlivet whiskies and fine dining. Seating is limited to 30 guests; a R500 non-refundable deposit secures your spot at this intimate tasting event.
