Celebrate Valentine’s Day on Saturday, 14 February 2026 with a modern, refined dining experience at Prosopa Restaurant in Waterkloof Heights. Our specially curated menu showcases bold flavours, elegant plating and thoughtful wine pairings (optional), selected by our Sommelier, Moses Magwaza, creating an evening that feels both indulgent and sophisticated.
Menu Highlights
The experience opens with an amuse-bouche of house pickles, skordalia pâté and brinjal chips, paired with Boschendal Brut NV.
Starters include tom yum mussels with lemongrass, coconut and focaccia; seared ostrich fillet with berry balsamic reduction and goat’s cheese mousse; Greek chicken keftedes with tomato chutney and tzatziki; or fried feta wrapped in phyllo pastry with sesame and honey.
Main course selections range from slow-roasted pork belly with ouzo honey soy reduction; teriyaki-seared salmon with fennel and orange salad; to beef fillet medallions with chive pomme purée and a rich red wine jus.
Dessert is served as a sharing platter, accompanied by De Wetshof Estate Edeloes Noble Late Harvest, featuring limoncello and blueberry tiramisu, a duo of chocolate mousse, and classic baklava with roasted pecan nuts and honey.
The price of R825 per person (R1,650 per couple) includes the following:
- Welcome bubbly (glass of Brut)
- Four-course set menu
- Waiter gratuity
Optional: Wine pairing at R298 per person.
